PARENT SURVEY

We Need Your Help!

We are partnering with the RAPID survey team at Stanford University to gather information about the needs and well-being of family households. The RAPID Survey Team is in search of parents of young children (birth to 5 years old) to participate in their ongoing survey.

If you are eligible and complete the survey, you will receive a $5 Gift Card. There will also be opportunities to continue participating in ongoing surveys and receive additional compensation.
